SkilledPro Builder developed out of decades experience in the construction services industry, founded by husband in wife,

Dunn Eggink and Kristen Rieber. 

Starting his journey as a carpenter in his teenage years, Dunn Eggink has worked his way up through the ranks on crews for several construction companies in the Catskills and the west coast, having developed skills and expertise in all phases of construction, from foundations to roofs. He has recently worked as a project estimator and project manager for several home improvement companies. 

Kristen has also worked for several years as a manager in construction companies including one that she founded with Dunn in 2020, Catskills Building and Land Partners LLC. She also works for A+ Complete Restoration, in Garrison, as the Administrator for their referral network. Kristen comes from a family with a long established reputation in the Catskills, in Construction and Real Estate sectors.

After running Catskills Building and Land Partners together for 5 years, the idea for SkilledPro Builder came into focus, with the objective being to provide a simpler and more efficient construction project coordination system that solves the major challenges that home owners and contractors have to face regularly in planning and completing projects.

SkilledPro Builder is a venture project of Catskills Building and Land Partners LLC, with its official launch in the Spring of 2026.
